Ok, you can get them to use this;
EvE is a game where, if you are not paying attention, you WILL get scammed.

Happened to me and CCP did absolutely nothing.
Many, many new players including myself joined Eve because of shiny spaceships, not because they wanted to research how to now get scammed in a new MMO. Its just something people generally don't anticipate as acceptable in an MMO because in-game scamming is generally not acceptable in other MMOs.
Sorry, where was it ever written that CCP are required to do anything about this?

And please tell me more about this elaborate scam from the recruitment channel. I would dearly love to hear how convincing it is.
